Hello, 

My old HP Photosmart died, and in purchasing a new printer, we went with the Officejet 6958 because it better suited our needs. The box says it has automatic 2-sided printing, but when I went to copy my 2-sided work and print it 2-sided (these are hard coppies, not computer documents), it won't do it.  With my old HP, I could load up the top tray, tell it to copy 2-sided, and off it would go! This new printer, when you load the top tray, select 2-sided, and copy....it only spits out one side. The only time I can get it to actually copy and print a 2-sided page is if I use the scanner glass. This eats up time, time I cannot afford. Is there something I'm overlooking, or should I take it back and get a different printer?
