Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

 

I'm facing a situation, that the Mouse resets DPI due left + right buttons pressed together by 3 seconds.

It's annoying because in some games, you need to aim with right button, and fire with left, during more than 3 seconds, leading to the DPI reset...

This product doesn't have any kind of software to customise it, witch leave me with no clues to solve the problem.

 

I've found that the OMEN by HP Mouse 600 suffers with the same issue:
