Product: Designjet T790

On starting up Designjet T790 the error on screen 21:13 continually comes up. It tells me to restart the printer which I have done on numerous occasions - the result is the saem error message each time.

 

Previously an error 08:04 was displayed - but I have updated the Firmware,
