Product: Photosmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When I clicked on my archived DVD's that contain thousands of my old photo's from the Photosmart going back years, I get a message that the file cannot be opened and asks me to go to the store to find a program to open it.  There it gives me a message similar to the original but no help.  I know this was a commercial vendor that HP used for this software and was informed that the Archives of HP programs possibly has copies I could acquire.  Need any help since these are sentimental journeys through my 77 years on this planet.
