Product: officejet pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I switched to a new router with new network settings for security purposes.  Cannot set up wireless connection with HP Officejet Pro 6978 because it says:

"This feature has been locked by the person that set up the printer."   

That goes for every feature under wireless setup.

How do I unlock those settings if it is not on a network or internet?

Can the printer be physically reset to factory settings and try again?  If so, how?
