Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bronze coloured hinges on my convertible laptop have become duller and difficult to polish with a microfibre cloth after only 4-6 weeks since I bought it. As they are a striking feature of the machine, how can I keep them looking shiny and new without doing any damage?
