Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hello guys,

One of the HP thin-client model t620 shows in the HP Device Manager write filter status "Unknown" and Device serial Number "00000000" whle deploying task write filter enable or disable geting error code: 14007032, Error Detail" write filter error.

Device is pinging and even try to shadow the device  with vnc connection its connected but complete balck screen even tryied to to deploy task "Get Asset Information" but still same result unknown and 0-0000000.
