Product: HP 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop with Intel Core i3 Processor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
Since I purchased this laptop it goes to sleep or shuts down whenever I move it. If I move it on the desk, to another table, or just change its position in the slightest or if adjust the screen, it sleeps or shuts down. Sometimes I am able to turn it back on by waking it back up. Sometimes I have to restart. Strangely, the only way it works is if it's on my chest. If i breathe deeply however, if will often go to sleep. I reinstalled windows from scratch per HP Support, but the problem very quicklu returned. I disabled the hybrid sleep and changed "what to do when i close the lid" to "nothing" but I am still having the same isssue.
