Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Getting the error on the front panel 08:11 call support. If I uplug and turn off the power about 100 times the printer will usally power up for a few weeks and then the same thing happens. I ordered a new hard drive after looking at suggestions here. My old HP repair guy who is now changed carreres said the hard drive is probably bad after 10 years or so.
Any helpful suggestions is appreciated.
