Recently, my printer (Deskjet 3630) has been having issues with printing my documents double-sided. The only option it gave me was to duplex-print manually, while previously there had been an option to do this automatically.
I wasn't quite sure what the issue was at first, but eventually figured out that it had something to do with one of the properties of the printer.
If I go to the printer's properties --> device settings --> Automatic Duplex Unit, it tells me that said unit is not installed. Since the printer previously did print my documents double-sided (automatically!), it seems odd that I can't change this setting back to installed. The bar is greyed out, so the only option is 'not installed'.
Is there some possible fix for this? I have tried unplugging the printer, removing and re-adding its driver (as well as the printer itself), but nothing seems to work.
Thanks for the help!
