Product: Officejet 7610 wide format all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Office jet 7610 wide format all in one printer displays a message "Ink Sensor Failure" and that I need to install a black cartridge. I have installed two new cartridges but still ge the same message. I have performed all of the suggested "fixes" without any change. Does  anyone have any other ideas?
