Common problems for Battery

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having lots of trouble with my battery and have already tried all the solutions out there to no avail. I've run the diagnostics test which came back saying the battery was fine. Clearly, it isn't. Let me preface this by saying, it is NOT the power cord, or outlet! I've reset the battery by unplugging it, holding the power button down, etc etc, but that didn't work.

Here are the multiple issues:

1. Laptop shuts off when not plugged in after about 30 minutes, regardless of the battery level. Most times it's over 50% battery and it still shuts off, without warning.

2. When plugged in, it only charges for a few minutes, then moves to 'plugged in not charging' status. Sometimes it goes back on it's own to charging for a minute, then stops. Over and over and over.

3. It will never reach 100% charge, no matter what I do, or how long it's plugged in for. I can't get it to go past 98% Conversely, I can never drain the battery because it shuts off after being unplugged regardless of the battery level. Because of this, I can't calibrate the battery.

4. Sometimes the battery life indicator disappears from the bottom right hand corner of the laptop, and I have to restart the computer in order to get it back.

These issues are making the laptop practically unusable as I pretty much have to keep it plugged in to use it for more than 30 minutes and preventing it from shutting down without warning. HEEELLLPPP
