Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have seen this issue in other posts but don't see a resolution.  I purchased the "Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 200" combo and, much as I LOVE the keyboard, it loses connection for no apparent reason.  The mouse has no issues. Assuming it was faulty I returned the product to the store of purchase , who replaced it but the replacement has the same issue. has anyone found a solution to this?
