Hi there, I just purchased a brand new replacement laptop of this model today and I am experiencing distortion and buzzing of the speakers even after reinstalling the latest drivers through windows. I have also tried manually re-installing the driver. Is this a hardware issue? I have been through three of these laptops each with different hardware issues and am feeling very frustrated and disappointed with HP's quality control. First it was a crooked hinge, then the next replacement had a dead pixel, and now this one has the audio issue. I am considering purchasing other brands in the future if this cannot be resolved, which is very disappointing because this laptop is supposed to be great if everything has been assembled with adequate quality standards.
