Product: HP Envy 7120

I need help, my printer did not come with the set up cartridge and it keeps saying "Use Setup Cartridges that came with your printer". I purchased brand new cartridges and it doesn’t accept it. Is there any way to override the message & reset the printer to allow me to use the regular cartridge? Help please
