Hello HP Community,
Would advise you to notify your friends and family NOT to go for the new Elitebook series . Nightmare began in march 1st week, within two months of purchase of the laptop worth 1.5 Lacs INR . The display screen got unhinged on its own without any pressure , damaging the screen . With red and blue lines on the screen the laptop was left unusable. Thousands of calls requests to HP authorised center ( dont even try the whatsapp or other conversations - these calls will not resolve any issue but exist only to give the impression that the complaint and the user are being taken care of) led to a technician being assigned by TVS E -authorised service center in Mumbai on 7th March 2019. Post that it has been living hell trying to get HP to replace the part which is out of warranty. TVS E has no idea when the part will be delivered and HP call center has zero accountability in trying to close the loop.
