so a little while ago I'm pretty sure true a bios update my dedicated vram decrease on my hp envy x360 from 2gb to 1gb and have greatly impacted my gaming in a negative way i have seen try contacting hp live support to fix it they told me it could be fixed they even try to go back to the previous bios and nothing change I even ended up spending money on the hp smart friends service and it was really frustrating because my calls keep getting dropped and every time I tried back it was a new person that I have to explain everything back too, but they still didn't get this issue fix they prompted to do a system restore but I can't afford to lose my information right now. so this is my last attempt before I give up on hp cause I really spent a lot of money on this pc customizing it with ryzen 7 and vega 10 graphics with 16gb ram all of that and now i can't really play games like I used too.
