Product: C1860fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I am attempting to update the firmware on a couple of C1860s we have here around the office (they are currently spitting out PCL6 error pages). I have downloaded the latest firmware to a USB drive and inserted the drive into the USB port on the printer. However, I haven't been able to get the file to the printer; the procedure(s) I've come across online to update the firmware haven't been accurate. I can see the file on the USB drive on the printer, but I can't see how to get it from the drive to the printer. Please advise; thanks!
