Hello HP Team,

My printer is very lightly used. It took one year for me to go through an XL black cartridge. I have just replaced that XL cartridge with a brand new genuine one and that's it, the printer stopped to print black.

I

- verified there are not clogs in the air intake

- cleaned the print heads 3 times

- Removed the inserted the cartridge again

- Reset the printer

- Updated firmware

28 people confirmed they are having the same issue here, what is the solution HP? Throw the printer in the garbage and get a different brand next time?

I bought this printer 13 months ago, and don't have warranty anymore. ONLY 13 months ago! It’s funny it happened right after the warranty expired isn’t it?... Do you HP people program your printers to just DIE after the warranty is over forcing us to buy a new one? Did you guys fried my printer on purpose because I did not get into your InstantInk program as it seems you did with Pracine? Come on guys, this is ridiculous!

If I have to buy a new printer because of your programmed obsolescence, it WILL NOT BE HP.
