Product: Designjet T520
HP T520 Plotter/Printer cutting paper then the Carriage is not depositing the Cutter back on the Left Side of the printer but instead the Cutter is stuck on the Right Side. The next print runs into the Cutter bunching up in the Carriage path and then the Carriage tears into the paper causing an awful Jam. Have not taken the cutter out yet but I do not see what is causing the Carriage to leave the Cutter on the Right Side. The Carriage should hook the Cutter but misses it despite being able to attach to the cutter and Cut the paper, it cannot put the cutter back. The cutter looks ok.
