Hello all,

I have this HP laptop that the bluetooth capability no longer works. When i open up the device manager, it shows the bluetooth adapter (Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooh 3.0 Adapter) with a "exclamtion mark" or "caution sign" on it. When looking at the adapter properties, the status reads as, "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".

I have tried to rollback the software to a previous version recommended by a Windows Support forum, but that didn't work. Also, that was to fix a similar issue roughly 3 years ago. There seem to be a lot of people having this issue. Thought I would provide my system information in hopes it might help there.

Hardware ID's:

USB\VID_03F0&PID_311D&REV0001

USB\VID_03F0&PID_311D

Current OS Version:

Windows 10 Pro: 2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x86-based Systems (KB4509478)

Does this provide any relevant information to get some help?

Thank you!
