No factory reset option

Example: Notebook 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently tried to update windows 10. Everything went fine. I was then prompted to restart my laptop, which I did. When it started back up I came to a "choose keyboard layout" screen. I selected my language. It then took me to a screen with two option: Troubleshoot, and Tuen off your PC. I click troubleshoot. The next screen has two more options: HP recovery manager, advanced options. Recovery manager pretty much tells me to contact support. The "advanced options" tab gives me several options: System Restore- I click and it throws a code. Startup repair- does nothing. Go back to previous version- won't let me. System image recovery-none connecting to laptop. Command prompt. And UEFI Firmware settings.

I am sure at this point the update has failed and I don't know what to do. I'd like to just factory reset the laptop, but it isn't giving me that option.
