Product: HP ZBook Studio x360 G5 Base Model Convertible Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all.
Just got my ZBook back from the IT department, and I have successfully paired my Active Pen. However, bringing it to the monitor results in nothing. No pointer shows up, no writing, nada! I am guessing there is a driver missing or something, but I have tried the drivers form the download page and no luck as of yet. Tried pairing another pen I know is working and same thing. Paired successfully and in range, but nothing happens.
