Hi All,

I have a problem which frustrates me for so long already. The problem is I see High CPU 30-40% in task manager because of "System and System Interrupts". I have checked malware, formatted OS to newest Windows 10, downloaded and installed all OS Updated, Installed latest drivers, updated BIOS but no result. Because of High CPU laptop`s fan is always in intense use and makes noise and heat a bit. Please, help me to solve this problem.
