Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pagewide is leaking ink into tray 2 and all over my desk - an amazing mess!


My black XL cartridge (genuine HP) now seems to be empty.  Is there a chance this is a cartridge related and I should replace it, or is service needed (and if so, any ideas on the best way to get service?)
