I have an error on my colour ink cartridge. This is a cartridge I received via my 'Instant Ink' account.
The error reads:
The indicated cartridge is not communicating correctly with the printer.
I have tried every solution suggested and it still does not work.
As I am provided by Instant Ink by HP, I do not have another cartridge to replace it with. I do not want to buy another one as I already pay via my account. The cartridge is also still under warranty.
Please could I be provided with a new cartridge (colour one)?
