How many people have had problems with this model please? I received a 3rd replacement (4th printer in under 4 years) under warranty on Monday, installed it Tuesday and today after about 7 hours use this one has failed as well. Only common link seems to be problem arises when trying to scan full screen area with an object not filling the complete area. Suppport from HP is rubbish - wrote to CEO in US and Ireland last time with complaint who just weren't ineterested and told me I should be contacting HP Support. Gave feedback scores of 1 or less on survey but still nobody seems interested.
