Product: HP Photosmart 7510

My ink cartridges are stuck on the side, when they should be in the middle, so I cant change them. I think its because it says there is a paper jam, but upon further observation there is no paper jam bc there is no paper in the printer. How do I fix this false "paper jam" and change my ink cartridges?
