Hi
I have started getting a ‘Cartridge Problem’ error on my Envy 7830 for the black cartridge. I’m part of the instant ink program.
I’ve removed and reinstalled the cartridge as instructed. I’ve also followed the published troubleshooting steps of pulling the cartridges, pulling the power, leaving for a few minutes, powering up and then reinstalling the cartridges. But this hasn’t helped.
I’m assuming the black cartridge has developed a fault but I can’t just go out and buy one as I feel this is part of my subscription. I can’t see anyway to contact HP to get this replaced. Does anyone have any experience of this?
many thanks.
