Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I bought an Omen 17-W204NL in December 2017. Since May 2019 I noticed a weird little bulge in the lower right part of my laptop, right next to the mousepad and below the keyboard, lately the bulge has grown so much that I decided to extract the Battery wich results really bigger than it should be, clearly something is not ok. I've seen other people online and also a personal friend of mine having the same exact problem with Omen laptops.

I'm wondering if HP is willing to give any support for this case or help with the replacement of the battery.  The battery got so huge that it was pushing the lower right end of the keyboard upwards and did not look really comforting...
