Can no longer print with current black cartridge. Since last week printer displays Cartridge Problem Remove and Reinstall the indicated cartridge (which is the black cartridge). I have removed, cleaned and replaced the cartidges several times. Instant Ink screen tells me it does not know the state of the cartridge and won't send a replacement. I tried replacing the current cartridge with the smaller cartridge originally supplied with the new printer bought a few months ago and the printer works again. But this cartridge must be nearly empty so won't last long. How can I get a full replacement cartridge if Instant Ink cannot see the cartridge status?
