Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My old iPAQ from 2005 or something gives my new desktop (windows 10) USB malfunction errors when I try to connect it with its charging dock. I made sure all my drivers were updated, I tried shutting off both devices and rebooting them. Is this even worth the effort to resurrect and if so, how do I fix it?

 

My Desktop OS - Windows 10 64 bit

iPAQ - Windows Mobile 5.0
