hello,
My printer is shown as online when I log into my Instant Ink Account, but on the side it says "connect your printer".
When looking at account status, however, I get a message that the ink has run out and that I should check the ink cartridge and I have followed the steps shown but still nothing has happened.
it says I have cartridge problem and told me to follow the steps shown on the printer, I did that but nothing worked. I logged into to my hp instant ink and it says my printer is not connecting even though it says "connected" in green. But then on the side to it says “connect your Pirinter” and when I click it it loads and then says “unable to connect” even-though my printer prints whatever I need it to. However, now I can no longer print anything because the ink has run out and instant ink have done nothing about it.
The printer is connected to the internet most of the time, and successfully prints jobs emailed to it.
I believe other users have had this problem, and I wonder if anyone has found a resolution.
