Product: ENVY 5000 All‑in‑One Printer Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was recently thrilled to receive my Instant Ink Welcome Kit, as I've already depleted the ink my current black cartridge, but the Black cartridge included in the Welcome Kit arrived with damaged contacts. No amount of cleaning, re-installation, or troubleshooting will resolve the prompt to re-install the cartridge. Is there any way I can immediately order a new black cartridge?
Issue: The Black (65/304) Instant Ink cartridge I was shipped arrived with damaged contacts and will not work.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
