Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
Newly installed MFP won't scan to computer. The message on the printer tells me to go the app on my Mac and under printer home page, click on Scan in the menu bar and click on scan to computer. When i do that I get the following message: "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer." Well Im the person who set up the printer and Have no idea what to do next. When you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on product support, then try to download the troubleshooting software for Scan, all you get is a screen full of garble
