Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
Thanks for the reply my catridge tray has been able to move but now it says “ Carriage Jam” “Clear carriage jam. Touch show me to play the animation.” I have done all that but the printer isn’t taking/picking the paper from the tray. There’s no paper jammed in the printer. Please help me out. Thanks Agatha
