Product: HP envy All in one 27b 107 na PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 update resulted in WiFi printer problems. Auto HP support suggestions did not work and they became increasingly severe so that I now cannot access WiFi, any internet. The HP recovery app is not available - I don’t know why.
