HI
When I attempted to upgrade to windows 10 however the upgrade left me with a black screen. I could see the display if i disabled the NVidia drivers and used the the low res Intel graphics driver which clearly isn't a solution. Multiple other nvidia drivers were installed with no change...possibly a BIOS issue? any support from HP would be appreciated as the machine is fully useable and it is only the impeding stop to support on windows 7 that is catalysing the upgrade
I have currently rolled back to win 7
thank
