What do I need to do to get Hewlett Packard to properly repair my Pavilion Desktop computer? It has been sent to Grapevine, Texas TWICE and has come back with problems both times. Pavilion 590-p0050 Desktop
The sound has been a problem since the first week I purchased the computer. Six different Technicians from HP have worked on this computer using Log-me-in.
The first time the computer was sent to Texas the only repair accomplished was updating drivers. (Previously done 3 times using Log-me-in) Upon return, HP Level II Support instructed me to complete a fresh Windows 10 Installation using a thumb drive. (This removed the HD Partition holding the F11 System Recovery D Drive.)
The second trip to Texas resulted in a “System Board” replacement. Specific instructions were sent to Texas to re-install the HP Windows 10 software with the System Recovery D Drive. A note requesting this software installation was also taped to the computer. The sound is still not 100% but I will just have to accept it at this point in time.
I called HP and was supposed to get a call back within 24 hours. The call never came.
How can I get the HP Windows 10 Operating System loaded on this computer so that it has the System Recovery D Drive?
