I have been having issues with a new cartridge. Each time it’s inserted I get a cartridge error message. I have followed the throubleshooting advice, tried cleaning, and it works fine when inserting the old cartridge.
How do I go about getting the cartridge replaced? I have an account with hp ink but until it is empty I won’t receive my next set. is there a way to speak to a person and not the virtual agent?!
