Product: Hp Envy 4527

I have an HP Envy 4527 and only use cartridges sent by instant ink. This incompatible cartridge message keeps appearing and printer wont print. Have tried varioys things like turning off at wall, unplugging at back of printer etc. Updates... there were none. Cleaning cartridge...didnt look bad.

Cant speak to a human. Virtual agent very limited. Extremely frustrating. Have soemt hours trying to fix this!
