HP Recommended

HP ink program is a scam, they held my printer hostage after paying them for about 2 years and I received only one ink cartridge, now I can't even use the ink which I paid for. I felt like I been robbed.
Their online chat is a joke and made it difficult to reach over the phone if you have an issue.
