Team- I have an HP Envy x360 that is like 4 months out of warranty and is having trouble booting up. I used to have trouble waking up from sleep giving a "CMOS 502" error, now after either turning it off or rebooting it won't start up normally. After time and many power button pushes it will eventually start. Here's what I've tried:
*Updated the BIOS and all drivers
*Windows updates completed
*Took the back off, disconnected the battery, after 30 minutes reseated the battery
Non of this seems to have changed the issue. Including a screenshot of the error that comes up when we can finally get it to boot. Anyone have any suggestions on what to try next? Thanks in advance!
