Product: HP HP27SC1 27 Curved LED Monitor

I have had this monitor for 13 months and the screen has started flickering. I replaced the HDMI cord. I hooked it up to both an HP laptop and a MAC, same issues. The screen is now mostly black. Right now the power light is on but there is nothing on the screen. So frustrating for a relatively new monitor. Any suggestions? Thank you.
