HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have been redirecting to this forum and can not find my old account on the HP Forum. Is there also any german one?

I have the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 since August 2019. I have asked in the other forum for what there are spacers between the keyboard and the finger print sensor on my notebook. I found it not so beautiful, that I had always imprints of these spacers on my screen. The mod told me, that these are to prevent the contact of the screen and the keyboard and I accepted this.

Now I have imprints of the keyboard itself on the screen, which I can not clean away. I have measured out, that some of the keyboard keys are higher than the spacers. Because the spacers are made from some soft material, the imprint on the screen is more visible, if mud is left on the screen. But the main problem is that the entire keyboard is everytime in contact with the screen.

The matte screen now has dull imprints of each key which are visible under some circumstances. I have used the notebook rarely since I bought it some months ago!
