Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening,

My GF just offer me the pack mouse and keyboard wireless C2710 in the aim to connect my CP to the TV and control it at 3 meters away.

The problem that neither the mouse and keyboard work at 3 meters but perfectly work at 20 centimeters of the usb dongle.

The batteries are freshs (the products are new)

I connect the usb dongle to the 2 others usb ports and the result is the same.

I update all the bluetooth peripherals.  

My CP is a MSI with windows 10 64 bits. 

If someone has a solution I will appreciate it.
