Hello all,
Been having this problem for a couple of days now, read some articles already and i have already tried to diagnose this and still no change.
Printer is setup wirelessly on home network successfully with no issues, enrolled and registered to HP Instant Ink, the printer for whatever reason can no longer see HP Instant Ink even though its on the network with an IP and been reset multiple times.
When logged into the HP Instant Ink dashboard it cannot connect to printer also.
I called my technical guy around and he is even checked it out.
The following things have been tried.
Factory Reset of Printer and repaired to wifi - No change
Rebooted Internet Router - No change
Checked the printer IP config page enabled IPv4 and change DNS to google servers this has been saved and can be seen on the printer config - No change
Reboot of router - No change
Tested on a windows machine - no change
Drivers and Firmware on printer console and drivers have confirmed up to date.
Taken it to another network connected to a completely different network, connects to wifi no problem - still no change error still persists
Tested it with a mobile phone personal hotspot - No change.
When i press connect i get a prompt on the printer to say Updating the Printer.... check the status i dont get a status icon as shown.
Any clues is it the printer cant see the HP Instant Ink IP?
