Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am getting this message, my printer is connected to WIFI. Now my color ink cartridge is over and HP site says until my printer connect to internet. i have done all the basic troubleshooting and not sure whats wrong with the printer.
