Starting up the laptop I get this Hard Disk Error. It says

Hard Disk Error

please run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics.

F2 System Diagnostics

I clicked F2 to do the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics. I have done both System Tests and Component Tests. Both tests passed. But I still cant start up / use my laptop
