Product: HP pavilion elite HPE

My computer is stuck in a constant reboot loop. I’ve tried everything from system recovery to command prompts and nothing is working because it seems like something is either missing or different. I finally went into diagnostic tools and found that something is wrong with my WDC Drive (I think that the name). The error code is BIOHD-8. That is the only variable that failed the tests. I’m completely stuck, please help!
